14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Miscellaneous.
These Terms and access to this Website are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding between TLSN and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties’ obligations here under shall be bought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
